The UGA Extension Income Tax Schools are IRS Approved Continuing Education Providers. participants will qualify to receive 16 hours of Continuing Education, including three hours of new legislation and two hours of ethics credit.
These courses will also cover topics such as ethics, foreign tax issues and agriculture tax issues.
Last year the courses attracted 270 participants within the four locations.
“We have good materials and good teachers,” Kightlinger said. “We are one of the lowest cost providers of face-to-face continuing education. Participants can ask questions and get real time answers.”
