Georgia 4-H offers free training to metro youth organizations

Georgia 4-H is offering free health curriculum training to metro-Atlanta youth organizations.

In an effort to reach more than 10,000 youths, Georgia 4-H will train other youth organizations using the Health Rocks!® Curricula. Health Rocks!® is a healthy life program for youths ages eight through 14. The program is designed to help prepare young people to make healthy living choices.

Georgia 4-H staffers will present the training on Tuesday, Nov. 22 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Exchange Park Recreation Center in Decatur, Ga. Materials and lunch are included at no cost.
