Lake ecology lesson set at Rock Eagle 4-H Center

Rock Eagle 4-H Center will hold a Saturday session entitled Explore Rock Eagle Lake on July 16 from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.

The event is part of the center’s Saturday at the Rock program. At this session, participants will use dip nets to collect and identify common organisms found in Rock Eagle Lake. The role and adaptations of each aquatic organism will also be discussed.

The Saturday sessions are appropriate for all ages and cost $5 per person. The program includes a visit to Rock Eagle’s Natural History Museum.
