'Women in Agriculture' Conference in Dillard

Life on the farm can be hardest of all on women. Their many responsibilities often require so much of them they hardly ever have any time for themselves.

The program is geared specifically to women. Topics include a fashion show, low-fat cooking and child safety, as well as stress management and political issues that affect farms and farm families. Health screens and information will be available, too.

The conference will be at the Dillard House (1-800-541-0671). The $50 program fee includes dinner Friday night, breakfast and lunch on Saturday and two breaks.
