Meat Conference at UGA Sept. 13-14

Food safety is in the news and on shoppers' minds. To meet the demand, the American Meat Science Association will have a training for meat and poultry processors Sept. 13-14 in Athens, Ga.

meatlogo.jpg (6931 bytes)"Improving Your Sanitation Program" will begin at 7:45 a.m. Sept. 13 and fill two full days with timely classes. The comprehensive course was developed in cooperation with University of Georgia and Virginia Tech food scientists.
